If you signed in to Grid Clash: Dice Board Battle with Google, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Email mr.mathurpratyush@gmail.com with the subject line “Grid Clash — Delete My Account”.
- Include the email address or player name you used in Grid Clash, so we can locate your account.
- We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Google account link and profile information (name, email) stored in our systems
- Your cloud-saved game progress, gems balance, and purchase-linked entitlements
- Your leaderboard entry (player name and scores)
- Any feedback messages and diagnostic logs you submitted
What may be retained
- Anonymized or aggregated gameplay statistics that no longer identify you
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase records for tax/accounting purposes) — retained only as long as required by law, then deleted
You can also delete only local data (without touching your account) by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.
