These Terms govern your use of Grid Clash: Dice Board Battle ("the Game") by MindSnap Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Minors may play only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
Grid Clash offers optional Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) for saving your progress across devices; your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms, and you may play without signing in. You agree not to cheat, exploit, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Game, its multiplayer service, its ads, or its scoring, and not to use bots, injected code, or modified clients. We may reset or remove leaderboard entries, room sessions, or cloud data that appear manipulated.
4. Online multiplayer & fair play
Multiplayer rooms connect you in real time with other players, who will see your chosen player name, avatar, and in-game actions. Choose a player name that is not offensive, misleading, or infringing; we may remove or rename entries that violate this. Room codes are shared at your discretion — anyone with a code may join that room. We may suspend multiplayer access for disruptive behaviour or suspected cheating.
5. Purchases, gems & virtual items
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as gem packs) processed by Google Play Billing under Google Play's payment terms and refund policy. Gems and all in-game currency, rewards, avatars, dice skins, themes, and other virtual items are licensed, not sold; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other person or service, and may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued at any time. Except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual items may be lost if your account or local data is deleted — signing in with Google lets purchases and progress be restored across devices.
6. Advertising
The Game is supported by optional rewarded advertising. Rewards granted for watching ads are virtual items governed by Section 5.
7. Intellectual property
The Game and all its content, audio, artwork, and software are owned by MindSnap Studios or its licensors and are protected by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME, INCLUDING ITS ONLINE MULTIPLAYER SERVICE, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDSNAP STUDIOS AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR INR 1,000 (OR USD 15), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindSnap Studios and its developer from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where non-waivable local consumer rights apply.
13. Changes; severability
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
