1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MindSnap Studios ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use our apps. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the apps only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our apps for your own non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except as permitted by law; (b) use the apps for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the apps, their security, ads, or servers; (d) attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, or entitlement checks; or (e) resell or commercially exploit the apps without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, website, and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by MindSnap Studios or its licensors and are protected by law. "MindSnap Studios", "MindSnap", "PuzzleForge", and "Before You Sign" are our marks.
6. Third-party services & app stores
Our apps are distributed through Google Play and use third-party services (including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Google Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.
7. Advertising and purchases
Free apps may display advertising. Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Google Play Billing. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms; please review Google Play's refund policy. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APPS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDSNAP STUDIOS AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APPS OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 1,000 (OR USD 15). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindSnap Studios and its developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the apps or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction, and you agree to resolve disputes there, except where your local consumer-protection law grants you rights that cannot be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the applicable app-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the apps.
