These Terms govern your use of MindSnap: Brain & Reflex Game ("the Game") by MindSnap Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Minors may play only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
MindSnap offers optional sign-in through Google Play Games Services (via Firebase Authentication) for leaderboards, achievements, and cross-device progress; your use of Google Play Games is also governed by Google's terms, and you may play without signing in. You agree not to cheat, exploit, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Game, its ads, or its scoring, and not to use bots, injected code, or modified clients. Scores and achievements are for personal entertainment only and have no monetary value; we (and Google Play Games) may reset or ignore data that appears manipulated.
4. Advertising and virtual items
The Game is free and supported by advertising (including rewarded ads). Any in-game rewards, points, or virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or removed at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The Game and all its content, audio, artwork, and software are owned by MindSnap Studios or its licensors and are protected by law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDSNAP STUDIOS AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (OR USD 15).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindSnap Studios and its developer from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 5–8 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where non-waivable local consumer rights apply.
11. Changes; severability
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
